光银国际助力姜堰经开成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人助力江苏姜堰经开集团有限公司（“姜堰经开”）于香港定价2笔3年期高级无抵押美元债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。
姜堰经开是姜堰区的主要投融资平台，由泰州市国资委全资拥有。自2015年成立以来，姜堰经开一直是开展基础设施建设、土地整治和贸易业务的核心经营主体。依托姜堰区和泰州市的发展，强大的股东支持和本集团经验丰富的管理团队，姜堰经开承接并完成了大量的基础设施开发项目，在姜堰区的发展中发挥了重要作用。
姜堰经开紧握近两周回暖的窗口，向市场推出交易。在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力姜堰经开成功定价2笔美元债券，为姜堰经开在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Jiangsu Jiangyan Economic Development Group Co., LTD (“Jiangyan Economic Development” or the “Group”) successfully priced its two US$ 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of these two transactions The two Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Group is a major investment and financing platform in Jiangyan District and is wholly owned by Taizhou City SASAC. Since its establishment in 2015, the Group has been the core operating entity carrying out infrastructure construction, land consolidation and trading businesses. Leveraging on the development of Jiangyan District and Taizhou City, strong shareholder’s support and experienced management team of the Group, the Group has undertaken and completed a large number of infrastructure development projects and played an important role in the development of Jiangyan District.
The market is coming back in these two weeks, the Group priced these 2 deals successfully. With unreserved support of the Nanjing branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price the deals successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
