稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力德阳发展集团成功定价美元债券

12月1日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人、联席可持续结构顾问和联席评级顾问，成功助力德阳发展控股集团有限公司（“德阳发展集团”，简称“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元高级无抵押债券。德阳发展集团主体评级为惠誉BBB-，展望为稳定。债券将于香港交易所上市。
德阳发展集团注册资本100亿元，于1998年6月28日由德阳市政府独资设立。二十余年营运至今，集团受益于政府持续的支持和资产整合，目前是德阳市级唯一的基础设施投融资建设和城市运营平台，主要负责德阳市范围内基础设施建设业务、城市服务的提供、以及应产业需求与城市战略资源储备所从事的贸易服务等。
在成都分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力德阳发展集团成功定价此次美元债券，为德阳发展集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与成都分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 1st December, Deyang Development Holding Group Co. (the “Group”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Sustainability Structure Advisor and Rating Advisor on this deal. The Group is rated BBB- by Fitch, stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The Group, with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan, was established on June 28th, 1998 as a sole proprietorship by the Deyang Municipal Government. The group was benefited from the government's continuous support and asset integration. It is currently the only infrastructure investment and financing construction and urban operation platform in Deyang City. It is mainly responsible for the infrastructure construction business, provision of urban services and trade services in response to industrial needs and urban strategic resource reserves.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Chengdu Branch (“CEB Chengdu Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chengdu Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
