稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力中金香港成功定价美元债券

2月22日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人，成功助力中国国际金融（香港）有限公司（“中金香港”）于香港定价3年期高级无抵押美元债券合计金额12.5亿美元。本次发行为中国国际金融股份有限公司100亿美元中期票据项目下的提取。债项评级为标普BBB+。债券将于香港交易所上市。
中金香港成立于1997年。作为中金海外业务枢纽，中金香港连接中国大陆和世界各主要资本市场，协助中国企业走向国际市场，在中国企业海外融资项目中占据主导地位。中金香港的香港持牌附属公司提供广泛金融服务，包括：投资银行、股本销售及交易、固定收益、大宗商品及货币业务、财富管理、投资管理，以及研究服务等。
在光大银行北京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力中金成功定价此次美元债券。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与北京分行的合作力度，并加大金融板块业务的拓展，助力更多金融板块发行人完成境外债券发行。
On 22nd Feburary, China International Capital Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited (“CICC HK”) successfully priced USD US$1,250 million 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The issuance is a drawdown from China International Capital Corporation Limited’s 10 billion USD MTN programme. The issue rating of the Notes is BBB+ by S&P. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
China International Capital Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited (CICC HK) was launched in 1997. CICC HK is an offshore intermediate holding company for CICC's overseas businesses, playing a critical role of connecting China market with the international financial centers, helping Chinese companies enter the global market and leading in their overseas financing projects. CICC HK's Hong Kong-licensed subsidiaries provide a wide range of financial services, including investment banking, equity sales and trading, fixed income, commodities and currency, wealth management, asset management and research services.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Beijing Branch (“CEB Beijing Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Beijing Branch and CEBI. Leveraging on this, CEBI will continue to expand the business in the financial sector and help more issuers to complete offshore bond issuances.
