稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力贵州双龙开投集团成功定价美元债券

2月24日和2月27日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人，成功助力贵州双龙航空港开发投资(集团)有限公司（“贵州双龙开投集团”）于香港定价两笔35月期限高级无抵押美元债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。

贵州双龙开投集团主要承担贵州双龙航空港经济开发区重大基础设施和大型公共服务设施、土地开发、基础产业融资、投资、建设和资本运作等各项工作。集团是一个国有控股企业，分别由贵州双龙航空港经济区管理委员会和贵州金融控股集团有限责任公司持股90%和10%。

在光大银行贵阳分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力贵州双龙开投集团成功定价此次美元债券。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与贵阳分行的合作力度，并加大金融板块业务的拓展，助力更多金融板块发行人完成境外债券发行。

On 24th and 27th of Feburary, Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Development & Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (“The Group”) successfully priced two USD 35-month senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Global Coordinator of this transaction. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Group is the major infrastructure construction, land development, trading, investment, financing, asset and project management platform in the Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone and is a state-owned enterprise 90%- owned by the Shuanglong Management Committee and 10%-owned by Guizhou Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Guizhou Guimin Investment Group Co., Ltd.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Guiyang Branch (“CEB Guiyang Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Guiyang Branch and CEBI. Leveraging on this, CEBI will continue to expand the business in the financial sector and help more issuers to complete offshore bond issuances.
