稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力南昌临空经济区城投成功定价人民币债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力南昌临空经济区城市建设投资开发集团有限公司（“南昌临空经济区城投”，与其子公司统称“集团”）定价3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸债券。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。
南昌临空经济区城市建设投资开发集团有限公司前身是南昌临空经济区城市建设投资开发有限公司，系由南昌临空经济区（赣江新区临空组团）管委会（以下简称“临空管委会”）于2014年9月投资设立的国有独资公司。南昌经开区管委会为集团实际控制人。
集团是南昌市重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事南昌临空经济区（赣江新区临空组团）范围内的基础设施建设、产业配套建设和物业租赁业务，同时还从事餐饮服务、会务服务等业务。
在光大银行南昌分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力南昌临空经济区城投成功定价此次自贸债，为集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南昌分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Nanchang Linkong Economic Zone City Construction Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd (“Nanchang Linkong Economic Zone City Construction Investment and Development Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone ("FTZ") notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange.
Nanchang Linkong Economic Zone City Construction Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Nanchang Linkong Economic Zone Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd., was a state-owned wholly-owned company established in September 2014 by the Management Committee of Nanchang Linkong Economic Zone (Ganjiang New Area Airport Cluster) (hereinafter referred to as "Airport Management Committee"). The Management Committee of Nanchang Economic Development Zone is the actual controller of the group. The group is an important infrastructure construction entity in Nanchang City, mainly engaged in infrastructure construction, industrial supporting construction, and property leasing business within the Nanchang Airport Economic Zone (Ganjiang New Area Airport Cluster), as well as catering services, conference services, and other businesses.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanchang Branch (“CEB Nanchang Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanchang Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
