近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力陕西省西咸空港新城开发建设集团有限公司（“陕西省西咸空港新城开发建设集团”，与其子公司统称“集团”）定价3年期高级无抵押信用增强美元债券。债券将于澳门交易所上市。
陕西省西咸空港新城开发建设集团是由陕西省西咸新区空港新城管理委员会于2011年10月12日出资成立的有限责任公司。陕西西咸新区发展集团有限公司为集团控股股东，陕西省西咸新区开发建设管理委员会为集团的实际控制人。陕西省西咸空港新城开发建设集团作为陕西省西咸新区空港新城重要的基础设施及保障房建设主体，继续从事空港新城范围内的基础设施及保障房建设、土地开发整理、房屋销售、商品销售等业务。
在光大银行西安分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力陕西省西咸空港新城开发建设集团成功定价此次美元债券，为陕西省西咸空港新城开发建设集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行西安分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Shaanxi Xixian New Area Airport New City Development & Construction Group Co., Ltd (“Shaanxi Xixian New Area Airport New City Development & Construction Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
Shaanxi Xixian Airport New City Development and Construction Group is a limited liability company established on October 12, 2011 by the Airport New City Management Committee of Xixian New Area in Shaanxi Province. Shaanxi Xixian New Area Development Group Co., Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of the group, and the Shaanxi Xixian New Area Development and Construction Management Committee is the actual controller of the group. Shaanxi Xixian Airport New City Development and Construction Group, as an important infrastructure and affordable housing construction entity in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, continues to engage in infrastructure and affordable housing construction, land development and consolidation, housing sales, commodity sales, and other businesses within the scope of Airport New City.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank XI'AN Branch (“CEB XI'AN Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB XI'AN Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
