光银国际助力江苏平陵成功定价7.3亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力江苏平陵建设投资集团有限公司（“江苏平陵”，简称“公司”）定价7.3亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司是江苏省溧阳市的主要基础设施建设实体，参与该地区重大土地开发及基础设施建设项目。另外，公司还拓展了服务业务和商业贸易业务，使其成为江苏省溧阳市提供广泛服务的主要国有运营实体。公司成立于2015年，由溧阳市人民政府控股。凭借近年来政府的大力支持和溧阳的发展，公司在江苏省溧阳市建立了强大的影响力和领先的市场地位，并发展了多元化的业务组合，包括基础设施建设、服务运营、商业贸易、保安服务等业务。

在光大银行南京分行和常州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行和常州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Jiangsu Pingling Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange CO., Ltd.

The Company is a major infrastructure construction entity in Liyang, Jiangsu Province, being involved in major land development and infrastructure construction projects within the region. Separately, the Company has also expanded its service operations and commercial trading businesses, making it the primary state-owned operating entity that offers a wide range of services in Liyang, Jiangsu Province. The Company is ultimately controlled by the Liyang People’s Government. Established in 2015, the Company now operates a diverse range of businesses, including infrastructure construction, service operations, commercial trading, security services, and other businesses. Leveraging on strong government support and the development of Liyang in recent years, the Company has established a strong presence and leading market position in Liyang, Jiangsu Province and has developed a diversified business portfolio.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
