光银国际助力嘉兴城投成功定价17.75亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力嘉兴市城市投资发展集团有限公司（“嘉兴城投”，简称“公司”）定价17.75亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于香港交易所上市。

公司是市政府直属的城建投资型国有企业集团，业务涵盖城市有机更新、城市基础设施建设、城市旅游、天然气运营及城市产业运营等众多领域，开发范围覆盖嘉兴市主城区二环内25平方公里及国际商务区2.5平方公里，是城市建设和运营的主平台、主战场、主力军。集团注册资本22.5亿元。

在光大银行杭州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行杭州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Jiaxing City Investment And Development Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

The company is an urban construction investment-oriented state-owned enterprise group directly under the municipal government. Its business covers many fields such as urban organic renewal, urban infrastructure construction, urban tourism, natural gas operation, and urban industrial operation. The development scope covers 25 square kilometers within the second ring road of the main urban area of Jiaxing City, and an international business district of 2.5 square kilometers. It is the main platform, main battlefield, and main force for urban construction and operation. The registered capital of the group is 2.25 billion yuan.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hangzhou Branch (“CEB Hangzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hangzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
