光银国际助力西安港实业有限公司成功定价美元债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力西安港实业有限公司（“西安港实业”，简称 “公司”） 定价0.63亿美元35个月期高级无抵押债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。

公司成立于2013年6月，是西安港口控股集团有限公司直接全资拥有的国有企业。集团的主营业务包括：土地整理业务、代理建设业务、其他业务。其中其他业务包括：保理业务、融资租赁业务、贸易业务、经营租赁业务、产品加工和销售业务、物业管理业务等。

在光大银行西安分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行西安分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Xi’an Port Industrial Co., LIMITED (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 35-month senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

The company was established in June 2013. It is a state-owned enterprise directly and wholly-owned by Xi’an Port Holding Group Co., Ltd. The Group’s main businesses involve land consolidation business, agent construction business and other businesses including factoring business, financial leasing business, trading business, operating lease business, product processing and sale business, property management business and other businesses.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Xian Branch (“CEB Xian Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Xian Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
