光银国际助力江苏方洋集团有限公司成功定价1.5亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力江苏方洋集团有限公司（“方洋集团”，简称 “公司”）定价1.5亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司成立于2009年4月，是由连云港市人民政府出资设立的国有独资公司，注册资本110亿元，是国家东中西区域合作示范区—连云港徐圩新区的重要实业投资主体。致力于成为全国一流产业园区开发、建设、运营综合服务商。

在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Jiangsu Fangyang Group Co., Ltd (the "Company"), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The company was established in April 2009. It is a wholly state-owned company funded by the Lianyungang Municipal People's Government, with a registered capital of 11 billion yuan. The Company is an important industrial investment entity in the National East, Central and West Regional Cooperation Demonstration Zone - Lianyungang Xuwei New Area. The Company also committed to becoming a comprehensive service provider for the development, construction and operation of first-class industrial parks in the country.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch ("CEB Nanjing Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
