光银国际助力泰州华信药业投资有限公司成功定价美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力泰州华信药业投资有限公司（“华信药业”，简称 “公司”）定价6000万美元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司成立于2005年12月28日，是国有资产监督管理委员会受泰州市人民政府委托，按照《公司法》和其他有关法律的规定，投资组建的国有公司。主要职能是履行泰州医药高新技术产业开发区对外融资和投资职责，同时作为高新区重大项目建设的投资主体和项目贷款主体，具体负责与银行联系贷款和落实还贷；承担基础设施投资，房屋开发，设备、厂房出租等工作，并按建设项目的投资计划负责委托设计、招标、施工。
在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Taizhou Huaxin Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd (the "Company"), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The company was established on December 28, 2005. It is a state-owned company invested and established by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, entrusted by the Taizhou Municipal People's Government, in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law and other relevant laws. The main function of the Company is to fulfill the external financing and investment responsibilities of Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-tech Industrial Development Zone. At the same time, as the investment subject and project loan subject of major project construction in the High-tech Zone, it is specifically responsible for contacting banks for loans and implementing loan repayments; undertaking infrastructure investment, housing development, equipment, factory building leasing, etc. The Company is also responsible for entrusting design, bidding, and construction according to the investment plan of the construction project.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch ("CEB Nanjing Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
